This program has been a blessing for me as I have been wondering what I’ve been doing wrong. I’ve always been active and ate pretty healthy but still had very high glucose readings or crazy drops in glucose.
Little did I know I was eating wrong this whole time as I’ve always been avoiding carbs since that’s what us diabetics have always been told to do. As I started the program, I was skeptical about the high carb recommendations but as I started watching the tutorials and videos, it all started making sense.
After the first couple of weeks, my glucose levels started coming down, I have crazy amounts of energy and my glucose readings started coming down from my usual 198 to 140, then 123 and now I’m averaging in the low hundreds most mornings, I’m down 20lbs and my A1C went from 10.2% to 7.8% and is still dropping!
I was so impressed with the program that I am currently in the graduate program as I’m very confident this will keep me in the right direction on achieving my goal in reversing my type 2 diabetes.

"Early this year, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes having an A1C of 7% (53 mmol/mol). I needed to address it immediately as my immigration visa approval depended on it. My immigration doctor gave me about 12 weeks to improve my A1C level. I came across the Reversing T2D 10-Week Program through Instagram and decided to give it a try.
In as little as 10 weeks, I lost a total or 26 lbs (12 kg). When I had my A1C checked after 3 months, my A1C went from 7% to 5.9% (53 to 41 mmol/mol), which is almost at a normal level! Before doing the Program, I was so sluggish, always sleepy, and would never get to exercise.
